We need to harness the best and brightest to address the challenges that lie ahead in the GTA. Only by accessing and mobilizing the full range of talents and experiences can the Toronto region propel itself forward.
The DiverseCity Fellows program helps to surface this rising, untapped pool of talent, connect it across racial and ethnic lines, and spur it to act by creating and executing hands-on projects to build a better region. Each year up to 25 city-builders are identified and given access to leadership development opportunities, networks and inspiration.
