The path to greater diversity in leadership is not always clear. Part of the journey involves transforming perceptions of who is a leader and what leadership means. DiverseCity Perspectives tackles this challenge by helping communities host dialogues and by sharing leadership stories.
In this way, Perspectives aims to test assumptions, open doors to new ways of thinking and operating, and bring to the surface the opportunities that new leadership offers.
