DiverseCity is much greater than the sum of its parts. Yes, we have several unique initiatives to identify leaders and build leadership capacity. But we are also building a movement to change the face of leadership, through our research, through the on-the-ground work of our Partners and by sharing our leadership stories, we aim to change the face of leadership. Our cause is to accelerate prosperity across the Toronto region.
We know that if the best and brightest are leading our public institutions, our private businesses and our civil society organizations then our city can achieve its full potential.
